The product is now called Juno and is run by Intake Nexus. Nothing changed in how data is handled.

Juno is in beta and can be wrong. Check her receipts before relying on anything she says.

Using Juno

By adding Juno to a server or using her, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service. You must meet Discord's minimum age.

Server owners

  • You are responsible for using Juno in a way that respects the people in your server, including telling members she can be invited into voice channels.
  • Recording and consent laws differ by country and state. Juno announces herself and lets anyone opt out, but you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your community.

Acceptable use

Don't use Juno to harass people, to listen to anyone who doesn't know she's there, to try to break or overload the service, or for anything illegal. We may remove Juno from servers that do.

Answers can be wrong

Juno's answers come from an AI model and web search. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Every receipt lists its sources so you can check.

Bets

The bet ledger is for fun. Juno never handles money and doesn't enforce stakes.

Paid plans and Event Night passes are sold through Discord and billed by Discord, under Discord's terms, including for renewals, cancellations and refunds. Plan limits are listed on the pricing page and may change during the beta; we'll tell you before a change affects a plan you've paid for.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in what you say. You allow us to process it as described in the privacy policy to run the service, including showing receipts on share pages.

Beta, changes and ending

Juno is provided as is, during a beta, by Intake Nexus. Features and limits may change, and we may suspend or end the service. You can stop using it any time by removing Juno from your server.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Juno is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Reporting problems and contact

Report misuse, wrong or harmful answers, or anything else to eric@intakenexus.com, or report the app through Discord. We review every report and may act on it, including by removing Juno from a server.
